Founded in February 2013, move&balance is a young company – yet its history goes 9 years back to Denmark 2004, where Pernille illeris for the first time established her own company under the name Krop&Hop.
Following two very successful years in the Copenhagen area, Pernille relocated with her husband and three children to the rather warmer Dubai, where the business continued to flourish and expand, now within the expat community of the United Arab Emirates.
By the time Pernille left Dubai in 2011, Krop&Hop had more than 150 international customers – kids, adults and schools! Since moving to Sweden – Pernille has been determined to take up and continue this work in Stockholm. Which is good news for Stockholmers!

At move&balance joy and passion are core values. As all classes run in English most customers are from the English-speaking community in Stockholm. This makes move&balance a place where you not only get to exercise but also get to meet other English-speaking children and adults and become part of an expat network in Stockholm – although of course Swedish children and adults are welcome and do attend.
