Tasting Notes: A fantastic rosé from New Zealand’s Marlborough region, a region renowned for concentrated flavours and pretty aromatics. It’s bright and perfumed with notes of peach and red berries like strawberry and raspberry as well as aromatic herbs. This is a wine that screams spring from its colour to its aftertaste and we couldn’t recommend it more.
Recommended food: Pairs well with fresh grilled fish and baby leaf salad with crusty bread. Even if we can recommend it very well to be tried and enjoyed first on its own.

Tasting Notes: The richness and complexity of the flavours of this South African wine, and the phenolic note on the finish, make this a deep wine, if we can call it that way, and it also has deep golden colour. The nose is wonderfully herbal, along with guava and pineapple fruit. The palate is rich & fruity, but also fresh and herbaceous. A welcome dash of sour apple adds lift. There are beguiling hints of woodsmoke & buttermilk too.
Recommended food: It goes well with cheese like Cheddar and Gruyere.

Tasting Notes: In the glass it is pale yellow with hints of green. In the nose it is subtle and racy, with lots of fruit scents like citrus, or floral such as white dead-nettle or linden. Depending on the soil, the Riesling can have even more aromas.
The freshness revealed by its color is the first thing you notice in the mouth, followed by a marked fullness. As Vendanges Tardives or Sélection de Grains Nobles, they are the headiest of wines, with a touch of sweetness.
Recommended food: Perfect served with traditional Alsatian dishes such as sauerkraut, but also with fish and shellfish, thanks to their vivacity.
