Time for another all-Swedish, all-Awesome playlist of Fresh Swedish Sounds for you!
As the current music economy favours single releases over albums, us insatiable music fans are treated to so much great new music every week! We’ve hand-picked some absolutely fresh Swedish favourites for your listening pleasure.
We’re kicking off the playlist with brand-new releases from Melodifestivalen‘s breakthrough artists SaRaha and Wiktoria. And you can’t miss the amazing vocal sound of Gothenburgian Albin Lee Meldau. We are also digging the Abidaz and Stress remix for Ana Diaz, as well as Cherrie teaming up with Britain’s Stormzy.
We’ve also thrown in the summer’s big football hit, Sweden’s latest superstar Zara Larsson teaming up with none other than David Guetta for the official Euro 2016 anthem. And there’s the wizard producer RedOne with a release in his own name (albeit with no less than four featured artists). Amy Diamond is relaunching her career under her real name Amy Deasismont and Frida Öhrn (of Cookies ‘n Beans and Oh Laura fame) is releasing her first song using just her last name Öhrn. We also couldn’t resist including the amazing Nadia Nair.
