Some of you may have noticed that there’s a few more advertisements around the site than there used to be. Your Living City is a wonderful site that has relied on our wonderful volunteers. We’ve realised that this isn’t sustainable. If we can turn over a profit and start to be able to pay our wonderful contributors we will be able to maintain and improve the site for all of its dedicated readers.
So, we want to make Your Living City better and better. If you’d like to help us do this, you can, simply by clicking on our adverts, by liking us on Facebook and by sharing our stories. Obviously, we only want you to do this if you believe in us and our advertisers, so if you regularly use amazon or mathem, for example, do think of us before you go to those shops; if you click on them through our site, you will be making a tiny contribution to Your Living City at no cost to yourself.
Facebook is a friend to Your Living City in spreading our articles and messages, but our best friend is you. The way that we are ‘visible’ is by our stories being shared and liked and posted about by our readers.
