For the 17th year in a row, the association Yari organizes the official Iranian Film Festival in Sweden. The festival will be held 23-24 September in Skandia in Stockholm and the Slottsbiografen in Uppsala, and will host most Iranian film stars in place for Q & A.

The Iranian Film Festival started shortly after the Association Yari was founded in 2000 as part of focusing on Iranian film tradition, but also drawing attention to the association's heart issue - the vulnerable children in Iran.
