Best of You relaunch – for a happier and healthier lifestyle!

Best of You relaunched last Saturday with a party filled with music, sparkling wine, pop corn, love and other surprises. During the event, Best of You’s heart and soul, yoga teacher Mo and journalist Henriette presented the team behind Best of You, among them nutritionist Clara, life coach Sandra and personal trainer Frida.

Mo and Henriette took the opportunity to present Best of You, as an inspirational lifestyle and wellness platform where they want to encourage and inspire the readers to embrace a happy and healthy lifestyle. A place where you can find everything from healthy recipes for nourishing smoothies, meals or baking, to tips to soothe the mind, to exercising and other ways to give a little TLC for your body and soul.

The relaunch meant also that they’re now moving offline and offering face-to-face services such as yoga classes, consultations, group activities, personal training sessions, coaching and nutrition counselling.
